How to make garlic chips:
Garlic chips are usually made by drying in the sun. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then it should be washed and cleaned in water and its wells should be cut thinly.
Now spread the finely chopped garlic pieces on a tray and dry in direct sun. It should be dried in the sun for at least five days. This process is a little long and time consuming.
However, you can easily and quickly make garlic chips. For this, you have to brush the oil in the pot and spread the thinly sliced garlic cloves on it and brush the oil on the surface again. Then sprinkle light salt and bake it in the microwave oven for about five minutes.
The prepared garlic chips can be stored in glass jars. It can be eaten at any time of the day.
