When it comes to treating patients, the first thing I focus on is nutrition. Through nutrition we can increase our happiness. And if we want to get this happiness, we have to have good health.

As a clinical dietitian, we first focus on two things. One. Healthy lifestyle. Two. Balanced diet. Vitamins and minerals are playing a very important role in a balanced diet. And from these different types of green vegetables, we get a lot of vitamins and minerals.

It would be less to say just vitamins, minerals pie from these fun winter vegetables. In addition to vitamins and minerals, I get a lot of vitamins 'A', 'B', iron, zinc, vitacrotin and other types of vitamins from them.

At present, I am emphasizing on increasing the immunity of Covid-19 at this time. That is why we are emphasizing on foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Moreover, I am giving a lot of importance to vitamin 'C'. And this vitamin 'C' is found in winter colorful vegetables. So if we put winter vegetables in our food menu, then in addition to vitamin 'C' we are also getting vitamins and minerals.

Winter vegetables contain about 92% water. In winter since we feel dry or have an effect of dehydration. So if we can put vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli etc. in our food menu, then these will help us to stay hydrated.

When an overweight patient comes to us, we ask him to increase the amount of vegetables in his diet. But we have less liquid food in the food menu. So if we combine liquid foods with vegetables through the cooking process, we can keep ourselves hydrated. Again it will help to lose weight.

Another issue is omega three. Omaga Three is found in spinach, bean sprouts, which are among the winter vegetables. Omega 3 plays an important role in the proper functioning of the heart and the brain.

But we must make sure that no one has co-morbidities. They are given a guideline in that way. There is a slight restriction on winter vegetables in the case of kidney patients. In that case we suggest the food menu that way.
